Hi, I'm Jen!
Photographer, theatre geek, and world traveler - oh, and former English teacher! I'm proudly from the tiny town of Elgin, Iowa, have lived in St. Paul, MN since 2015.
I believe my role as your photographer is to make your photo session relaxed and fun, comfortable and stress free. The best outcome for me is that you not only end up with photos you will love to look back on thirty years from now, but also you'll want to book another session because it was so easy!
I think it's important to include photos that document this particular moment in time. Whether it's your wedding day and it's a photo of you and your partner having your first moments together as a married couple, or shots of your three year old showing off their "threenager" personality! Pretty posed photos are wonderful, but I also want to make sure to get some of the realness of this time. I want to give you those photos that you pull out at graduation, or to show new family members, that make you say, "Remember when ..... " with love and laughter.
While I've been documenting moments for almost thirty years now, every session still feels like I'm just getting started.
